At SKIM Medical Spa, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional care to every patient. In order to maintain quality service and respect the schedules of all clients and providers, we have implemented the following appointment policies.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $75 late cancellation fee.

• This fee helps offset reserved provider time that cannot be reallocated on short notice.

• We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Thank you for understanding and adhering to this policy.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee of $75 will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

A “no-show” is defined as:

• Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice.

• Arrival more than 15 minutes late resulting in inability to treat.

No-shows will be charged $75.

• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to schedule future appointments.

In consideration of individuals with allergies, sensitivities, or respiratory conditions, we kindly ask all visitors to refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, scented lotion, or strongly fragranced products during the visit.
